Shipping & Delivery

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for standard worldwide shipping and FedEx for expedited shipping within the 50 states. During checkout you can select the shipping method you prefer. The shipping prices are determined by the ship-to address and the total weight of the products ordered. We ship orders Monday through Friday.

 

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely happy with an item that you’ve purchased from this website, please return it so that we can find what will work best for you. Simply return your product in its unused and original condition including all tags, packaging and accessories within 30 days and you will receive a prompt refund, excluding shipping charges. Your original form of payment will be used for completing the transaction.

 

Please follow these directions when returning items:

 

1. Contact us for an RMA number first.

2. Place unused product with all tags and accessories in the original packaging.

Warranty

All of our products come with a 5 year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, overloading, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use. Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.

 

To make a warranty claim please call or email us to describe the condition of your Carry And Mount System product. We will generally then ask that the item be mailed to us. If we find the product has a manufacturer defect we will either repair or replace the product at no cost. If we no longer manufacture the product we will repair or replace it with a comparable product.

 

Ordering

We currently accept orders only through our website and authorized retailers. Please contact us at info@cams-photo.com if you have any online ordering issues.

 

Promotions & Discounts

During the checkout process, you will see a 'Have a discount code?' section with your Order Summary. Enter the discount code exactly as it appears in the box next to 'Discount '. Become a member of our Facebook page or sign up for our newsletters as they may offer occasional discounts or promotions.
